About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Technician to join our team at KIOSK Information Systems. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their kiosk systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Assess and troubleshoot technical issues with kiosk systems, using your expertise to resolve problems and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and outcomes, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest kiosk system technologies and best practices to provide expert-level support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical knowledge of Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
