Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Williams Lumber. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Assist with sales floor operations, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and restocking merchandise.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
