Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Center Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our grocery team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restock and face merchandise according to company standards
  • Assist customers with finding products and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and storage areas
  • Process merchandise properly, adhering to code dates and rotation standards
  • Support company safety standards and communicate equipment needs to management
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time and tolerate extreme temperatures
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use communication systems
