Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Center Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our grocery team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restock and maintain merchandise displays, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Assist customers with finding products, providing information, and resolving any issues in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards, maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy in tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and 60 pounds occasionally, as well as stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail or grocery experience.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a variety of temperatures and environments.
