We are seeking a dedicated full-time on-site Accounting and Procurement Assistant. This role is essential for supporting our financial operations and purchasing processes.

3. Execute various administrative duties as assigned.

Attention to detail is crucial, along with a fundamental understanding of Word and Excel. Candidates should be adaptable, possess reliable transportation, and be open to receiving guidance and constructive feedback.

The ideal candidate will be able to commit to a 40-hour work week, although there is some flexibility in scheduling within the standard workweek. Please note that lunches and breaks are unpaid, and parking is provided at no cost. Familiarity with statewide systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
