Electrical Engineer III Job Description

SNC Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer III to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge aerospace and defense technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems for advanced aerospace and defense applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into complex systems
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure system reliability and performance
  • Work with military systems testing and certification
  • Familiarity with Ethernet, 1553, ARINC 429, and CAN bus protocol
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools
  • Understanding of electrical systems design and hardware integration
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
  • Experience with extensive ground and flight test programs
  • Experience with 14 CFR Part 25 testing
  • Familiarity with military systems testing
