Position: Registered Nurse - RN - School

COMPENSATION:

$1,125 / Weekly Gross

$30 / Hourly

37.5 hours / Week

SCHEDULE:

Elementary: 7 AM - 3 PM

Middle: 9 AM - 5 PM

High: 8 AM - 4 PM

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Exemplifying outstanding customer service and public relations to foster a positive professional image
  2. Working independently with meticulous attention to detail while managing daily operations

  4. Providing high-quality nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health challenges
  5. Delivering and assessing all patient care rendered
  6. Leading in medical or psychiatric emergencies, employing therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques
  7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for blood collection and transfusion safety
  8. Remaining adaptable to a variable schedule that may include early starts, late finishes, weekends, and holidays
  9. Contributing to a friendly atmosphere and collaborating with colleagues to enhance donor retention
  10. Demonstrating professionalism and compassion while serving as an ambassador for the organization
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is required
  2. Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC) is mandatory
  3. Active licensure from the State Board of Nursing is required
