About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervising Engineer to lead our team of electrical engineers in the design and delivery of conventional generation and industrial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical discipline, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers in the design and delivery of electrical systems for conventional generation and industrial projects.
  • Oversee the development of electrical design documents, including single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and electrical physical and raceway drawings.
  • Ensure that all electrical design documents meet industry codes and standards, including IEEE and EPRI.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project budget and schedule performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers and designers within the electrical discipline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License in any state in the U.S. with ability to obtain licensure in other states by comity.
  • 15 years of overall experience in the design of electrical systems for power plants or heavy industrial facilities.
  • Familiarity with standard plant design processes and experience preparing engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with IEEE, EPRI, industry codes and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams.
  • Ability to obtain unescorted access to a U.S. Nuclear Power Plant.
Preferred Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 15 years of conventional generation or industrial design experience.
