Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting our fitness programs to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for memberships, membership renewals, retail, and concession sales
  • Establish and maintain effective referral programs
  • Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls
  • Lead studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
  • Follow up and follow through with prospective clients
  • Respond promptly to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
  • Properly onboard new clients through the use of Client Intake Forms
  • Work closely with the Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled
  • Attend and participate in all relevant Orangetheory training programs

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous sales experience and strong sales skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Functional computer skills
  • Health and fitness-minded individuals strongly preferred
