Job Title: Fitness Ambassador

Are you passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals? Do you have a positive attitude and a love for working with people? We're looking for a Fitness Ambassador to join our team at Planet Fitness

Job Summary: As a Fitness Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and promoting our services to new and existing members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the club is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote our services to new and existing members, highlighting the benefits of our Judgement Free Zone
  • Assist with member enrollment, tours, and other club responsibilities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently
  • Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
