Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales staff, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management and Leadership
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure sales staff meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to improve sales performance
  • Manage sales staff to ensure they are utilizing best practices and adhering to company policies
• Market Share
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to increase market share and customer base
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue
• Expense Management
  • Review and approve sales contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement expense management processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management
• Operations Support
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide support to sales staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to perform their jobs
  • Develop and implement sales metrics and reporting to track sales performance
• Compliance
  • Ensure sales staff are compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement compliance processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Provide training and guidance to sales staff on compliance issues

Requirements

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
• Licenses
  • Valid driver's license
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Working knowledge of sales software and systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Compensation

$89,800 to $149,500 earnings potential
