Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales staff, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management and Leadership
    • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure sales staff meet or exceed sales quotas
    • Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to improve sales performance
    • Manage sales staff to ensure they are utilizing best practices and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Market Share
    • Develop and execute marketing programs to increase market share and customer base
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue
  • Expense Management
    • Review and approve sales contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Develop and implement expense management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales expenses
    • Provide regular financial reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Operations Support
    • Develop and implement sales support systems to ensure sales staff have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
    • Provide regular training and coaching to sales staff to ensure they are utilizing best practices and adhering to company policies and procedures
    • Develop and implement sales performance metrics to measure sales staff performance
  • Compliance
    • Ensure sales staff are adhering to company policies and procedures
    • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure sales staff are aware of and adhering to regulatory requirements
    • Provide regular training and coaching to sales staff to ensure they are aware of and adhering to regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
    • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Licenses
    • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Working knowledge of sales software and systems
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions

Compensation

$89,800 to $149,500 earnings potential
