Position Overview

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

HealthPlus Staffing is in search of a meticulous and skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to become a vital part of our client's workforce. The successful applicant will possess expertise in utilizing "Life File" payroll software. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage payroll processing for all personnel using "Life File" software.
  • Oversee payroll documentation and ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal standards.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues that may occur.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports for management review.
  • Guarantee prompt and precise payment of salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Assist in payroll audits and implement suggested enhancements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a comparable position.
  • Expertise in "Life File" payroll software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of payroll operations and applicable legal regulations.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
