Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric clients with complex medical needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • RN or LPN licensure with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Experience working with pediatric clients with complex medical needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
