Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric clients with complex medical needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- RN or LPN licensure with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Experience working with pediatric clients with complex medical needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
