Help Desk Specialist

About the Position
The Ohio Southern Bankruptcy Court is seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users throughout the district, consisting of Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support to end users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Install and configure computer hardware and software programs
- Perform routine to moderately complex troubleshooting for hardware and software systems
- Work in a team environment to provide technical support and assistance
Requirements
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Eligibility for partial telework
