This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity where you will contribute your time on an ad hoc basis to provide technical support and assistance to the team at Save the Water.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT equipment, including computers, printers, routers, and network equipment.
  • Assist with questions and issues related to IT equipment and systems.
  • Understand and apply standard operating procedures and processes to resolve common technological problems.
  • Assist with computer maintenance and updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in providing networking, desktop, and/or PC administration, and hardware/software support.
  • Effective oral communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with staff.
