Caliber Collision Centers is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to undertake a variety of essential tasks. This role involves warmly welcoming clients both in-person and via phone, identifying their requirements, and promptly offering the necessary guidance and support. Responsibilities include assisting Collision Estimators with vehicle drop-offs, documenting and photographing vehicles, coordinating customer transportation, preparing necessary documentation, and executing active customer deliveries. Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and vendors is crucial to ensure accurate and efficient repairs while complying with all company protocols, insurance partners, and industry standards.

COMPENSATION FOR THIS ROLE:

QUALIFICATIONS:
