Responsibilities:

Key Duties:


Implement assigned on-site events (remotes), promotional initiatives, and special projects; assist in all aspects of on-site events, including vehicle and equipment setup/breakdown, prizes/giveaways, and signage.

Support promotions and sales teams with station promotional activities both inside and outside the station.

Facilitate, attend, and execute on-site setup and station visibility for appearances.


Be responsible for executing on-location station/client activations and promotions in a manner that enhances audience interaction and engagement.

Perform other marketing and promotional department tasks as directed by the manager.

Qualifications:

Required & Preferred:
Candidates should be well-organized.

Possess strong communication skills.


Have intermediate computer and administrative capabilities, and be available to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and evenings as necessary.

Must be a self-motivated individual, capable of multitasking, attentive to detail, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude when interacting with customers and listeners.


A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if applicable, proof of insurance for the use of the applicant's own vehicle, are required.
