Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at one of our learning centers. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Partner with parents and other educators to provide a comprehensive and supportive learning experience
  • Support the success of our learning center by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners

Qualifications

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
