Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a dynamic school setting. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with special education staff to ensure student success.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop treatment plans to address these needs.
  • IEP Development: Collaborate with special education staff to develop and implement IEPs that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Evaluations and Collaborations: Conduct evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses and collaborate with special education staff to develop strategies to support student success.
  • Elementary and Secondary School Caseload: Manage a caseload of students in elementary and secondary school settings, providing individual and group therapy sessions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Licensure: Active state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
