Key Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware to customers
• Assist customers in solving problems and answer questions about products
• Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise
• Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise throughout the store
• Participate in store meetings and communicate any issues or ideas to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal retail experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb

Compensation
