">Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist to join our team in Boston, MA. As a member of our Behavioral Care Team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health care services to our diverse patient population.
">Responsibilities
">Your primary responsibilities will include:
">- Providing individual and group therapy sessions to patients with various mental health conditions">
- Conducting outpatient psychiatric evaluations and managing medications as needed">
- Participating in the training and education of graduate students in the field of psychology and social work">
- Screens and assesses patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders">
- Develops and implements effective treatment plans using evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy">
- Maintains accurate electronic medical records and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">- A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field">
- An active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the state of practice">
- At least 2 years of professional experience in social work or clinical settings, with expertise in direct psychotherapy services">
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in computer software such as Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or other EHRs)">
- The ability to work collaboratively and independently, with excellent problem-solving skills">
Compensation and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development, with ongoing training and education in evidence-based practices.
