Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Foreman and contribute to our mission to deliver high-quality projects on time and budget.

You will be responsible for managing crews, developing strategies, and collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure project success.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

  • Lead and direct project teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to coordinate resources and logistics

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in construction management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to operate multiple types of heavy equipment
  • Current OSHA rules and regulations knowledge
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record
