Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Truck Driver to join our team at Eldredge Lumber & Hardware, Inc. in the northeastern United States.
The ideal candidate will have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B) and at least two years of experience in truck driving or a related field.
This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.
Key Accountabilities- Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of at least 26,000 pounds.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Accurately track and document your activity log to maintain compliance and safety records.
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch immediately for prompt resolution.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the truck before and after each trip to guarantee roadworthiness.
