Key Responsibilities:- Continuously assess and enhance departmental performance through effective dispatching of patient transport requests.
- Address and resolve issues related to patients, visitors, and staff complaints.

- Maintain knowledge of patient transport protocols and infection control practices.
- Monitor inventory and equipment, providing recommendations for purchases as necessary.
