Job Summary

This position is responsible for training and supervising Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks. You will be accountable for attendance and timecard submissions, while maintaining good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees and management.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new and current employees.
  • Conduct and participate in group meetings to ensure clear communication and expectations.
  • Coordinate evaluations with management to ensure fair and accurate assessments.
  • Supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are completed safely and timely.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
  • Management experience.
