Job Title: Production Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to join our team at Nulixir Inc. as we continue to revolutionize the food and beverage industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that we meet our quality and production targets while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement daily production plans to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and supply chain, to ensure that we have the necessary materials and equipment to meet production demands.
  • Design and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Establish and maintain a robust quality control system to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement metrics-driven performance management systems to track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2+ years of experience in food and beverage or related industries.
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of quality control and assurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
