Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of corporate accounting practices, ensuring the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports, and managing the disbursement of financial payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the activities of corporate accounting practices, including the preparation and dissemination of financial management reports.
  • Manage the disbursement of financial payments, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, and petty cash.
  • Oversee the activities of accounts receivable, ensuring the accurate and timely management of all accounts receivable aging components.
  • Assure corporate income tax compliance, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns.
  • Establish and maintain systems and controls to verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
