It is uncommon for a new hire to start at the upper end of the pay range. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, performance, and internal equity.

The current compensation for this role is $17.20 per hour, subject to change by Clarks at any time.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Associate:

  • Deliver consistent and positive sales results.
  • Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Encourage customers to consider multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
  • Represent the Clarks brand with pride.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures regarding loss prevention and inventory management.
  • Assist in maintaining store appearance and merchandising to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Foster a supportive work environment for all team members.
  • Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
