Requirements:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license and 15 years of related experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in geotechnical engineering, including embankment dams, levees, and foundation design.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in business growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
