Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preschool Lead Teacher 2 to join our team at Launch. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong educational background in early childhood education, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe, caring, and academically enriching environment for preschool children, aged 3-5 years old.
  • Plan and lead activities in the classroom, focusing on kindergarten readiness preparedness programs.
  • Implement the HighScope program outline, adapting to changes and modifications as recommended by coaches, leadership, and industry trends.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Youth Development, Child Development, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience working with preschool children (3-5 years old), including experience in behavior management and age-appropriate activity planning.
  • 30 or more approved quarter credits in ECE, verified through MERIT.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401K benefits.
