Job Overview
Launch, a leading provider of early childhood education programs, is seeking a highly qualified Preschool Lead Teacher 2 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and academically enriching environment for preschool children aged 3-5 years.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans in partnership with other lead teachers* Provide positive behavior guidance and support the emotional well-being of children* Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards* Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high-quality programming

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field* Minimum 3 years of experience working with preschool children, including behavior management and activity planning* Strong organizational skills, ability to problem-solve, and communicate effectively* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing situations
