Seed Of Life Center For Early Learning and Preschool, Inc. is seeking a qualified Preschool/Pre-K Teacher Leader to lead our preschool program in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preschool curriculum aligned with state and national standards
  • Liaise with families and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Oversee the implementation of classroom operations, including management of materials, supplies, and record-keeping
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • AA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers Permit, COVID vaccination, Bloodborne Pathogens, and STARS certifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families

A competitive salary range is $49,920 - $59,000 per year, based on education and experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
