Clinical Science Technician

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology/Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, with a minimum of six months of experience in a clinical laboratory setting. Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent nationally recognized certifying agency is also required. Pediatric experience is preferred but not essential.
You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including conducting laboratory tests, analyzing data, and developing strategies to improve laboratory operations. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify technical and process problems and implement solutions to ensure test systems are functioning properly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role, as you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve our organization's goals.
