**Source One Technical Solutions**: A consulting services company seeking a skilled Clinical Trial Documentation Specialist to work as a consultant for a global medical device client in the Fort Worth, TX area (hybrid work schedule).

**Job Title:** Technical Documentation Specialist II (Contractor)

**Salary Range:** $37.86 - $41.43 per hour (W-2)

The initial contract duration is 2 years with possible extension.

This is a 40-hour/week, Monday-Friday position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the collection and processing of essential trial documents between investigator sites and CRD, including preparation and/or facilitation of IRB/IEC submissions.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of site documents included in the site initiation packets and throughout the study duration.
  • Enter and maintain site information and document tracking in current clinical trial management systems.
  • Ensure timely organization, availability, currency, and archiving of trial documentation in the sponsor Trial Master File, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Follow applicable work processes, SOPs, communication plans, etc.
  • Elevate issues related to preparation/collection of trial documents, initiation packets, site budget, contracts, or other relevant documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain interaction and provide advice on CTDM responsibilities to other functions, including Global Clinical Site Development, Clinical Trial Lead, Clinical Site Managers, etc.
  • Support before and during audits, both internal and external when applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-plus years of experience in clinical trials or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences (medical, pharmaceutical, biology, chemistry, or RN).
  • 1-plus year of clinical trial experience (e.g., ophthalmology, study coordinator, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A history of working with multiple internal and external customers.
