Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team at America's Swimming Pool Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a swimming pool route, ensuring timely and efficient cleaning and maintenance of pools
  • Utilize a smartphone for our proprietary Pool Ops mobile platform to track and manage pool services
  • Assist with pool-related projects, including equipment repair, safety cover and vinyl liner installations, and deck repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • High school degree and Certified Pool Operator License (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation based on experience, with full-time and part-time positions available. Our benefits package includes a company truck, fully stocked with tools and chemicals, and a $500 signing bonus after successful completion of 30 days.
