As children transition into or out of their day, supportive staff play a crucial role in their experience. Each day, your objective should be to connect with every child, even if it's just a brief greeting. Our Team Members serve as role models, and your impact can be significant.

Key Responsibilities
Your daily activities will be guided by the provided curriculum and should include a mix of large and small group activities, child-led initiatives, and physical games. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a safe environment for both children and staff
  • Promoting positive behavior and guidance
  • Welcoming parents and children each day
  • Assisting in the training of new staff members as necessary
  • Participating in monthly staff meetings at your program and the main office
  • Adhering to daily staff assignments
  • Communicating with the office as required
  • Providing support as a substitute for staff at other locations if needed

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 600 hours of experience or 3+ college credits in Education or Early Childhood Education
  • Must be at least 17 years old

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working with school-aged children
  • CPR and First Aid certifications
