About You

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about serving people and making a positive impact in their community. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for performing various kitchen duties, including pot washing, dishwashing, general cleaning, and storing food and non-food supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Empty trash containers as required and maintain the assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions and follow safety precautions when mixing and using cleaning solutions
  • Report equipment and cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion
  • Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures to ensure a sanitary environment
  • Follow proper reporting, isolation, and handwashing procedures/techniques
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Hold current ServSafe or Food Handler certification, as required by State/County law
  • Be able to lift/carry a maximum of 10 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 10 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
  • Be able to work around food and cleaning products
  • Be able to live in the service area
