We are seeking an experienced wellness nurse to join our team at Three Oaks Assisted Living & Memory Care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric nursing and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
About the Role:
The wellness nurse will be responsible for supporting the health and well-being of residents through ongoing clinical monitoring and support. This includes assisting in the coordination of the resident admission process, ensuring care is delivered as indicated in resident care plans, and administering medication and treatments as ordered by physicians.
