The Supervision Specialist is a part-time position responsible for the overall accountability of client maintenance and security of the physical plant at the Alston Wilkes Society's Residential Reentry Center. This role requires establishing and maintaining documentation related to the center, ensuring client needs, safety, and welfare are met, and maintaining a secure and well-maintained physical plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Facility Director, oversee client maintenance and security of the physical plant.
  • Establish and maintain documentation related to the Residential Reentry Center.
  • Ensure client needs, safety, and welfare are met.
  • Maintain a secure and well-maintained physical plant.
  • Work shifts/weekends/holidays as required.
  • Be CPR/First Aid certified and complete all required training.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance.
  • Proof of education and credentials required for employment.

Compensation:
