Role Summary

We are in search of a Chief Pilot for our operations based in Van Nuys, CA. This role necessitates a G550 typed Pilot-in-Command (PIC) with exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on Crew Resource Management (CRM). Candidates should either reside within a two-hour driving distance or be open to relocating to meet this requirement.

Operation Type: Part 91/135; approximately 250 flight hours per year

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $260,000 - $300,000; fully covered medical and healthcare premiums.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• All candidates must apply through the designated platform to be considered.
• Minimum qualifications include 3,500 hours of total flight time, 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command, and 1,000 hours in turbine aircraft.
• ATP certification is mandatory.
• Type Rating is required with at least 200 hours logged in the G550.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing within a two-hour commute; however, those with reasonable travel times may also be considered. Relocation candidates should specify this in their application.
• Must have unrestricted travel capabilities to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean destinations.
• Adherence to all Federal Aviation regulations, company operational guidelines, and safety protocols is essential.
• Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) is preferred.
• Must successfully pass DOT/FAA drug screenings and background checks, as well as comply with random drug and alcohol testing as required.
• Submission of clear copies of all FAA certifications, including medical documentation, will be necessary as part of the application process.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
