Salary and Benefits

Job Description
The Lead Registered Behavior Technician will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure the effective implementation of behavior intervention plans. This position involves providing leadership, supervision, and support to team members while maintaining a high standard of quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Assists with intakes and assessments
Implements individualized treatment plans for each client supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Autism Specialist
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, special education or other related field (Required)
Current RBT license (can acquire on the job before starting)
Previous experience working with individuals with Autism 1+ years
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (Preferred) (can acquire on the job before starting)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Must be willing to drive in between client homes
