About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist II to join our team at Lovelace Women's Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a key member of our nutrition department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to a variety of patient populations with diverse disease states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nutritional care and support to patients in critical care and NICU settings
  • Offer hospital-wide coverage, including weekend and holiday rotations
  • Conduct quality improvement initiatives within the nutrition department
  • Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses
  • Collaborate with the Food Service Management team as needed
Requirements
  • Registration through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred or registration eligible required
  • Experience in Nutrition Support and NICU preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong focus on driving outstanding patient satisfaction results and driving process improvement activities
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve and work independently with minimal supervision
