">The Home Team is an integral part of our sales floor operations. Our team members are responsible for greeting customers, offering assistance, and recommending merchandise based on their needs. This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
">Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17 - $25 per hour, which may be adjusted to meet local minimum wage requirements. In addition to a fair salary, our associates also receive annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

">As a member of the Home Team, you will be responsible for:

Additional Compensation
">You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.
