Key Responsibilities- Install home appliances and equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Accurately diagnose and repair appliances and equipment within customers' homes.
- Provide comprehensive cost estimates for repairs and installations, and efficiently collect payment or payment information from customers for services rendered.
- Ensure the economical use of materials while maintaining the company vehicle and equipment in optimal condition.
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as necessary.
- Undertake other duties as required, which may include cross-training in related positions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficiency in using tablet-based technology.
- Capability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds occasionally, without the need for assistance, along with the physical stamina to perform demanding tasks under varying conditions.
- Flexibility to accommodate variable hours (weekends not required).
