- 3-5 years of progressive nursing management experience with a focus on patient care and clinical standards.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
- Strong knowledge of business software and specialized applications used in nursing units or departments.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
