Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor to join our Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Isenberg School of Management. The successful candidate will have a strong research agenda and a proven track record of excellence in teaching and service.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in hospitality management, including foodservice management, human resources management, lodging management, and service management.
- Conduct research in hospitality management and publish in top-tier academic journals.
- Develop and maintain an active program of research and service to the school and the field.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students and colleagues.
- Ph.D. in Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
- Strong research agenda and a proven track record of excellence in teaching and service.
- Ability to teach in both face-to-face and online formats.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and faculty.
