Requirements:

  • Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with database systems a plus.
  • Creative, innovative, and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise good judgment and make sound data-backed decisions.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Self-motivated individual that embodies a 'fail fast' engineering mentality to expedite projects and findings.
  • Experience bringing products to market in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This job operates in an innovative office environment and R&D lab. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and operates primarily indoors with limited to minimal travel expectations.

To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team members must be able to:

  • Ability to work and commute in all weather conditions.
  • Able to move about inside the office to access standard office equipment, etc.
  • Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, alternating between sitting and standing.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as; keyboard, copy machine, and printer.
  • Ability to move and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to effectively communicate, listen, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, and exchange information.
  • Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
  • Drive between company locations as needed while on the job.
  • Frequently stand and work in a fast-paced environment where they will often be multitasking.
  • Able to move about inside a car wash.
  • Work with heavy and technical equipment, lift lbs, go up heights on a ladder.
  • Tolerate vibrating tools and louder than normal work environment at times.
  • Frequently stand and walk for the majority of each shift.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
