Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the overall shift operations, guest experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Team Members: Assign tasks, provide feedback and training to team members on shifts.
  • Utilize the Huddle Board: Effectively position the team to achieve sales goals and execute brand excellence.
  • Ensure Security Procedures: Execute safe procedures, open/close procedures, and ensure all security protocols are followed.
  • Manage the Line: Delegate duties to team members, manage and organize the line, and work the line as needed.
  • Promote Sales: Utilize suggestive selling and knowledge of in-store promotions to drive sales.
  • Execute Food Safety Requirements: Practice and execute all food safety requirements.
  • Control Costs: Manage and control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
  • Count Drawers: Complete daily cash handling procedures and count drawers.
Requirements
  • Great Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
  • Positive Attitude and Ethics: Uphold our values and culture.
  • Strong Team Player: Ability to train and coach others.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours per day, lift up to 55 pounds, push and pull up to 55 pounds, squat or crouch to lift items from floor level, and twist of the back up to 90 degrees left and right.
  • Availability: Ability to close 5 nights a week and work on weekends.
