- Human Resources and Talent Management: Lead and develop the executive leadership team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture, overseeing talent acquisition, retention, and development across the organization, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary spokesperson and representative for the practice to external stakeholders, including patients, community leaders, industry organizations, and media, maintaining strong relationships with the physicians, and engaging with referring physicians, hospital systems, and other partners to enhance the practice's reputation and market position.
- Technology and Innovation: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and data management, leading digital transformation initiatives, including implementation of electronic health records (EHR) systems and telemedicine services.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate organizational risks, including financial, operational, and reputational risks, ensuring the practice is prepared for emergencies and crisis situations, with comprehensive contingency plans in place.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field is required; and advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MD) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of leading multi-site operations. Experience in oncology, hematology, or a related medical field is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, exceptional financial acumen, with experience in healthcare, finance, and budgeting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders, and proven ability to lead and manage large, diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry trends, visionary and forward-thinking leader, strong ethical standards and integrity, collaborative and team-oriented mindset, results-driven and patient-focused.
